  • How do I book my event?

    For booking inquiries, feel free to give us a call at (513) 828-9056! If you would prefer, you can also send us a message using our convenient online booking inquiry form. Please note that submitting your information through this form does NOT immediately secure that date and time for your event. Once we receive your information, we will get back in touch with you regarding date availability, and to confirm details of your event. Kingsbury Productions works with YOU to ensure that your needs and desires for your event come to light!   

  • ​What if I need to reschedule or cancel my booking?

    If you need to reschedule or cancel your upcoming booking with Kingsbury Productions, a member of our staff can best be reached by calling our direct line at (513) 828-9056. When rescheduling an event, please be mindful that your secondary date may not be available, depending on scheduling already put in place. If your cancellation or rescheduling request occurs at the last minute, fees may apply. We look forward to assisting you in all your rescheduling and cancellation needs!


  • How much does it cost?

    Due to the variety of events that book with us, we at Kingsbury Productions prefer to price our events on a case by case basis. The cost of our services may depend on the needs of your event; such as how many actors or characters you are requesting, the time of year (characters such as Santa will be in higher demand in December, etc), and other factors. However, we always work with you to find a solution that is within your budget, so you can focus on the fun!
